WELLNESS AS A WAY OF LIFE

When you join a community, you make fast friends with your fellow residents and always have something exciting on the day’s agenda, from exploring new hobbies to playing games or just kicking back to enjoy a lazy afternoon in an idyllic retreat. At Montereau, wellness is at the core of our activity planning. Our Vitality programming is here to support your wellness—in all its dimensions.

As a Life Plan Community, we offer best-in-class service, world-class amenities and a gorgeous campus to live out your retirement dreams. To help you live life to the fullest, enjoy personal growth and find fulfillment every day, our Vitality Wellness Program is intentionally designed to support the five dimensions of wellness.

LISTEN TO OUR VITALITY MATTERS PODCAST

Welcome to Vitality Matters, a podcast about the lives, relationships and vitality of those who live and work at Montereau. Hosted by CEO, Scott Nield, we’ll introduce you to a variety of fascinating people. Learn from experts in their fields, war heroes, and the many incredible individuals that make up the Montereau family.

Vitality Wellness Program

If Resident Centricity Action (RCA) is now the heartbeat of everything we do, then SIPSE is the brain component of who we are. Living a vibrant and purposeful live in these five components is part of our culture and programming. These 5 components drive our programming and lifestyle.  Even though we have 550 plus residents, knowing our people in a bespoke manner, cultivating programming that fits their needs through SIPSE adds vitality and purpose what we do daily. We know that when this happens, we age successfully and live longer.
