If Resident Centricity Action (RCA) is now the heartbeat of everything we do, then SIPSE is the brain component of who we are. Living a vibrant and purposeful live in these five components is part of our culture and programming. These 5 components drive our programming and lifestyle. Even though we have 550 plus residents, knowing our people in a bespoke manner, cultivating programming that fits their needs through SIPSE adds vitality and purpose what we do daily. We know that when this happens, we age successfully and live longer.
Socialization feeds into all the dimensions of wellness, and residents may choose from hundreds of activities to enjoy the retirement of their dreams.
From trips around Tulsa to guest lectures and book clubs, there’s always something new going on to stimulate the mind. Lifelong learning opportunities give residents the chance to stay active and keep growing.
From fitness classes, one-on-one coaching, a heated indoor pool and a whirlpool spa — Montereau has everything you need for an active lifestyle.
Montereau is a non-denominational community offering a variety of religious services and Bible study groups. Residents always have access to a beautiful on-campus chapel for quiet reflection, and also enjoy meditative walks around our lush, tree-lined campus
We are a community where the team gets to know you by name and residents join clubs and committees to take charge of their own destiny.
