AWellness Nurse is on the full-time staff at Montereau to assist Independent Living residents. She coordinates numerous health services on-site, ranging from massage therapy, to visits by an audiologist. Other health and wellness services include:

Residents may also take advantage of:
- 15 virtually free days annually in the Health Centers
- 20% discount on Long- or Short-term Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, or Alzheimer's/Dementia care in the Health Centers after the 15-day provision

Banking and Postal Services
A full-service branch of JPMorgan-Chase, the second largest financial institution in the U.S., is located in the Montereau Commons. The bank offers a full range of financial products and services including checking, savings, loans, credit cards, financial planning, investment management, brokerage and trust services. JPMorgan-Chase also provides notary service and an ATM machine which is available 24 hours a day.
A Post Office in the Commons has locked boxes, a mail drop, and scales. Packages are received by the Concierge. Separate open boxes for internal mail are provided for each apartment.

At Montereau, a helping hand is just a phone call away. Whether you need someone to walk your dog, do some ironing, or assist you with personal errands or household affairs, Montereau has people you can trust who are ready to help. The "You're First" Home Helpers program specializes in non-medical, in-home services for Montereau residents. Affordable services are provided by assistants who are dependable, well-trained, and carefully screened and selected. Montereau residents or their families may request a single service or a variety of services. You may choose to use one hour of service occasionally, or as much as eight hours of service daily.
