The Montereau Team

Founded by The William K. Warren Foundation, Montereau in Warren Woods is an independent not-for-profit community. It benefits from a strategic relationship with the Saint Francis Health System.

David Murlette is President of Montereau, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer. David leads a team of more than 150 caring and energetic professional staff members who provide support, services and activities for Montereau residents.

The residents of Montereau are also very much a part of the Montereau Team. They advise and work closely with staff members through their volunteer service on committees ranging from "Food and Beverage" and "Activities and Wellness," to the R.O.S.E. (Residents Offering a Sensational Environment) Committee.

David Murlette, President & Chief Executive Officer David brought a wealth of experience in managing retirement communities across the country when he came to Montereau in June 2006. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for CRSA in Memphis where he was responsible for six retirement communities in four states. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University. He has been associated with senior living communities since 1990, and has OSHA Certification as well as Dietary Managers Certification. David and his wife, Carrie, have two children.
