The Montereau Management Team

David Murlette, President & Chief Executive Officer David brought a wealth of experience in managing retirement communities across the country when he came to Montereau in June 2006. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for CRSA in Memphis where he was responsible for six retirement communities in four states. David earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University. He has been associated with senior living communities since 1990, and has OSHA Certification as well as Dietary Managers Certification.

David Scruggs, Chief Financial Officer
David's career in financial management for senior living communities spans nearly two decades. He moved to Tulsa from Hartford, Conn. where he was Principal and Chief Financial Officer for Retirement Living Services. He has served as the CFO for a community, for a consulting firm, and for a multi-site continuing care retirement community. He has also worked for the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, as well as the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission. David is a CPA with a degree in accounting from Baylor University and a Master's of Divinity from Emory University.

Floyd Autin, Administrator, The Health Centers
After retiring from a 20-year career in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Floyd began a second career in long-term care administration. He earned a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Utah while serving as administrator of a 110-bed skilled nursing facility. He moved from Utah to Oklahoma where he has managed three long-term care communities. Immediately before joining Montereau, Floyd was the Administrator of Epworth Villa Health Services in Oklahoma City for six years.

Jessica Bolen, Director of Administrative Services
Jessica became a member of the Montereau Team in 2001 when the campus was still under construction. She served as a Retirement Counselor and as the Residential Coordinator prior to being promoted to her current position. A native of Liberty, Missouri, Jessica earned her B.A. in Business Administration from William Jewell College. She has more than 10 years of experience in the Tulsa and Kansas City markets.
Tony Davis, Director of Engineering
Tony was promoted to Director of Engineering for Montereau in 2006 after serving as the community's Chief Engineer for two years. He is a licensed first class engineer and has earned his EPA certification. He oversees maintenance and grounds, as well as engineering. Prior to joining Montereau, Tony worked for more than 10 years at the Doubletree Hotels in Tulsa. He was born and raised in California.
Rami Hasbini, Director of Food and Beverage
Rami joined the Montereau team when the community opened in 2003. He was quickly promoted to Manager of Restaurant Operations, and was promoted again in 2007 to Director of Food and Beverage. A native of Lebanon, Rami came to Oklahoma to attend Claremore Junior College. He later majored in civil engineering at Oklahoma State Univeristy. He worked at some of Tulsa's most notable restaurants while attending school. After a 14-year tenure at the Warren Duck Club, Rami moved to Montereau.
Lacy Jack
Lacy Jack, Director of Activities and Wellness
Lacy and her family moved back to Tulsa from West Virginia where she was the Spa and Wellness Center Director for the Coolfront Resort in Berkeley Springs. She joined Montereau in 2003. An Exercise Physiologist with management experience, Lacy earned a Master's degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma and maintains certifications in First Aid, CPR, Lifeguard Training and AED.
Larry Lebold
Larry Lebold, Director of Resident Services & Human Resources
A Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, Larry holds both a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Prior to joining Montereau before it opened in 2003, Larry was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tulsa. He served with the Warren Petroleum Company, a Division of Chevron U.S.A., for 27 years.

Kimberly Mitrik, Director of Accounting
Kimberly joined Montereau's Accounting Department in 2003 and was promoted to Director in 2006. She formerly worked for MidFirst Bank.
A native of Uniontown, Pennsylvania, Kimberly earned a degree in Accounting and Finance from Laurel Business Institute in Pennsylvania.
She and her husband Michael moved to Tulsa in 1996. They have three children.

Jamie Townsend, Director of Marketing
Jamie is one of the earliest members of the Montereau Team. She came to Montereau in 2000 from Townsend Marketing, Inc., a company she co-founded in 1984. She is a third generation native Tulsan and a graduate of the University of Tulsa. She has 20 years of sales experience and has long been active in the Tulsa community. Currently, Jamie is a member of Tulsa Historical Society and the Alzheimer's Association.
