The Health Centers Team

Floyd Autin, Administrator, The Health Centers
After retiring from a 20-year career in the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Floyd began a second career in long-term care administration. He earned a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Utah while serving as administrator of a 110-bed skilled nursing facility. He moved from Utah to Oklahoma where he has managed three long-term care communities. Immediately before joining Montereau, Floyd was the Administrator of Epworth Villa Health Services in Oklahoma City for six years.

Marlene Cato, Director of Nursing
Marlene was Director of Nursing at Baptist Village of Oklahoma City before joining Montereau. She has more than 14 years of experience in long-term care administration. She earned her nursing degree from Oklahoma State University and is a member of the National Association of Directors of Nursing Administration. A native Oklahoman, Marlene and her husband, John, have five children and two grandchildren. Marlene and John enjoy touring the country on their Gold Wing motorcycles.

Mary Laeger, Director of Social Services for the Health Centers
Mary joined Montereau with more than five years of experience in long term care social services. She is a graduate of the University of Tulsa and currently serves as a volunteer on the Program and Memory Walk committees for the Alzheimer's Association.

Elesia Phillips, Admissions/Marketing Coordinator for the Health Centers
Elesia came to Montereau with over 26 years of experience in health care. She is a graduate of the Oklahoma State Tech School of Nursing and is a member of the Case Management Society of America.
