1. A 90% refundable entrance fee-based contract, and

2. A health care package composed of several options from which you may choose, structured to protect your financial resources until needed. In return, you are assured of the best in caring, professional services, on-site, at The Health Centers at Montereau -- The Villa assisted living, The Chateau skilled nursing, and The Abbey Alzheimer's/Dementia care.

 

In addition, Independent Living residents are eligible to receive 15 days of care per year in the Health Centers at virtually no additional cost.

 

For other medical needs, Saint Francis Hospital is just three minutes away -- if that's your choice for health care (or you may select another facility designated by your insurance provider).
