Retirement doesn't get any better than this!
Ask someone at Montereau.
Dr. Manny Hindsand his wife Pat are serious globetrotters. "We travel carefree now, just lock the door and go," says Manny. Back in their new spacious apartment home at Montereau, Manny enjoys golf, painting, exercising, volunteering at a local clinic, and Tulsa Men's Club events. Pat is keen on bridge and spending time with friends. Both love Montereau.
"You know how when you get a new car, you want to take your friends for a ride so you can share your joy? That's how I feel about Montereau...I want to share the joy! |

Maxine Hartz tap dances and sings. Her husband, Dale, is into genealogy and golf. They're both very involved in the Tulsa community. But what really makes them happy is what they don't do in their new cottage home at Montereau: the lawn, the repairs, the cooking.
"Living at Montereau really frees you," says Dale. "You're independent and have time for the good things." They also enjoy their cottage. "We're near the lake, so it feels like the country. It's beautiful. You know there's nothing better than feeling good. Montereau is great! |

Speaking of awards, she's won quite a few, such as Tulsa's Outstanding Volunteer of the Year, the Award for Public Service from the U.S. Department of Justice, and the Everyday Hero Award from the American Red Cross.
"Living here is like a reward," says Ruby. "It's my haven. I feel secure, involved, and content. I love that it's founded by The William K. Warren Foundation. And it's so beautiful! |

Former Oklahoma Sooners football player Bob Stover and new friend, avid golfer, and budding pool shark Fred Dimit, enjoy the comraderie, active atmosphere and peace of mind of Montereau made possible by the founder, The William K. Warren Foundation.
"I feel like my family has expanded," says Bob. "It's the best move I've ever made."
Fred agrees, adding, "I'm so impressed with Montereau, and I've warned my buddies I'm getting pretty good on the putting green. What a place!" |

The Harley is a hint: John and Margie Meyer, satisfied residents of Montereau, are rarely still. Instead, they stay busy with civic clubs and lifelong interests. John says Montereau's continuing care program frees him to stay independent, while providing for future care needs.
"We love that we're settled with a plan in place. Plus, we're close to medical facilities and shopping. The location is superb."
When it comes to choices, John feels good about Montereau. "Each time I come inside, I feel content. We're glad we're here!" |
